I can’t sign in.

Make sure you are using the same Apple ID or Google account you used when you first created your Petelo account. If sign-in still fails, contact support and include your device model, iOS version, and the sign-in method you tried.

My pet photo won’t upload.

Confirm that Petelo has permission to access the camera or photo library in your device settings. Then try a stable connection and choose a clear, well-lit image.

Why does my pet’s personality or intro look different after regenerating?

Petelo generates persona content from your chosen photo, breed, and selected personality tags. If you regenerate, the writing may vary while staying aligned with the same overall profile.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from inside the app when the delete account option is available, or by emailing youyougege11@gmail.com from the address linked to your Petelo account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

How do premium subscriptions work?

Premium features are managed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your device subscription settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
